Roxanna Alldredge is a Network Capacity Coach in Southern,Illinois. Roxanna earned her Bachelors degree from Southern Illinois University, and recently obtained her Masters Degree from McKendree University in Curriculum Design and Instruction. She holds an Illinois Professional Educator License to teach Elementary (K-9) and Special Education LBS1. Roxanna comes to the IL MTSS Network with 15 years of public teaching experience. Following her teaching career, she served school districts in southern Illinois with Project CHOICES, the Illinois Statewide Technical Assistance Collaborative, and currently with the IL MTSS Network. Part of her role with the Network includes facilitating the Illinois Family Collaborative. The Collaborative is a workgroup of organizations as well as representatives from the Illinois State Board of Education that support family engagement. Through her work with the Family Collaborative and school districts in the southern region of the state, she provides coaching, technical assistance, and training to build system capacity to support all learners.
