Lori Hensold is an Educator, Instructional Designer, and School Improvement Coach currently working as a Professional Learning Coordinator for the Illinois MTSS Network.
Lori earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign graduating with High Honors, pursued graduate work in Curriculum and Instruction at Oral Roberts University and holds a Masters of Education degree in Instructional Design from Western Governors University. She holds Illinois Professional Teaching licenses in Early Childhood and Elementary General Education.
Lori has participated in and led deeper professional learning in the areas of Learning Design, Response to Intervention, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support, Systems Change, Coaching, Early Literacy, Problem-Solving and Assessment, and Data-Based Continuous Improvement. She has strong experience with facilitating learning opportunities for small and large groups in face to face and virtual formats. Her work has included leading teams to design, develop, and deliver effective professional learning for administrators, teachers and coaches.
Lori recently graduated from the Illinois Learning Forward Academy “PD re-Ignite” and is anticipating continued networking with fellow graduates to promote, design, and deliver high quality standards-aligned professional learning that strengthens student outcomes.
